Hi! You're looking at the dA page of the MoonEcho. I'm appreciative of - and delighted by - every single comment I receive, even if I'm not clever enough to reply back to them all.

I'm sadly a bit IRL busy and a bit of a slow worker, so I mostly post odd and ends late on Wednesdays in a feature I call 'Post Something Wednesday'. With this, I've made it my goal to post at least one thing on the internet every week. This motivates me to keep practicing and working hard to improve my art skills with either brand new pieces, or through revisiting and finishing old, incomplete work. Occasionally I'll slip and miss a PSW (or skip it if I've already posted something else that week) but I do try, because I do so love the internet and aim to entertain.

Forgive the uninformative entry; I generally dislike writing journals unless I have something significant to announce, but I'm simply a little weary of seeing the previous entry. Thought instead I'd throw up a link to a video of a particularly lovely modular animation sculpture object. Thing. Behold!:

Does anyone out there have any modular sculptures/installations they're particularly fond of, that they feel like sharing? I've always been fond of modular constructions.

Otherwise just generally chugging along. Having some troublesome attention span issues I'm chalking up to bad habits and not sleeping well lately. Should do something about that but I probably won't.

Thanks! I think it's one of the best things I've ever come up with. Without deadlines, I tend to dither around on a single painting forever, until I finally decide it's not good and leave it unfinished. Pretty nonconstructive! While I still work on 'big' paintings, PSW gives me the incentive to work on manageable small things (that I learn a LOT from) too and the courage to post them however well they actually turned out.
